Why is the Video screen blank or stopping/lagging?

If the video is stopping or moving slowly, it could be that the video is loading on a slower internet connection.  Pause the video until it loads, and play once loaded.

If the video won't play, please follow the below steps.

Step 1: Please see below for the list of supported platforms and browsers, check which version you are using with the below steps:

1. Click the Start button.
2. Type "winver" in the search box and press Enter.
3. You should see the About Windows box with your Windows version information.

Step 2: After you have check your version, please make sure to use one of these to complete your training:

Computer with Windows 10
o Internet Explorer 11
o Most recent, stable version of Edge
o Most recent, stable version of Firefox
o Most recent, stable version of Chrome

Mac Computer with OS X EI Capitan or above
o Safari 9.1 or above
o Most recent, stable version of Chrome
o Most recent, stable version of Firefox

iPad with iOS 10 or above
o Most recent, stable version of Safari
o Most recent, stable version of Chrome
o Most recent, stable version of Firefox

Tablet or Smartphone with Android 10 or above
o Most recent, stable version of default Samsung browser
o Most recent, stable version of Chrome
o Most recent, stable version of Firefox

If the version of the browser is not the one of the above, please contact your manager/ IT support for further assistance. If you have the updated version but are still having difficulty, please try step 3 below.

Step 3: Please hit **CTRL+F5** on your keyboard the next time you try to watch the video.

If the video screen is still blank please contact support@fleetdefense.com. A blank screen can occur for a number of reasons, and we may have to involve our internal IT department to resolve the issue. When submitting your request, please be sure to include a screenshot of the blank page, and a detailed description of the incident.
