How do I change my existing password?

To change your password, you will have to reset it.

To reset your password, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to FleetDefense
  2. Click on the login button
  3. Click on Forgot my Password
  4. Enter the email address registered to your FleetDefense account and click Send; you will receive an email with a link to create a new password
  5. Click on the reset password link
  6. Enter your new password and confirm the new password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long. Include at least 1 digit, include 1 upper case letter, and include at least 1 non-alphanumeric character such as  *, -, or #.
  7. Click Send
  8. You are now logged in to your Driver Dashboard.
 
Please note: If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO), do not reset your password. Doing so will disrupt your password-free access to FleetDefense.
