How do I change my existing password?

To change your password, you will have to reset it.

To reset your password, please follow the steps below:

  • Go to Fleet Defense website by copy and paste this link into your browser
  • This will take you to the Login Page. Click on the Login Button
  • You will then be taken to the Sign In page, Click on Forgot my Password
  • Enter your company’s email address/email address registered to your Fleetdefense account and click Send; you will receive an email with a link to create a new password
  • Click on the reset password Link
  • Enter new a password and confirm the new password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long. Include at least 1 digit(s), include 1 upper case letter(s), and include at least 1 non-alphanumeric character(s) such as  *, -, or #.
  • Click Send
  • You are now logged in your Driver Dashboard.

Please note your email address is the one provided to us by your employer, and it is the email address attached to your training account.
