To change your password, you will have to reset it.
To reset your password, please follow the steps below:
- Go to FleetDefense
- Click on the login button
- Click on Forgot my Password
- Enter the email address registered to your FleetDefense account and click Send; you will receive an email with a link to create a new password
- Click on the reset password link
- Enter your new password and confirm the new password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long. Include at least 1 digit, include 1 upper case letter, and include at least 1 non-alphanumeric character such as *, -, or #.
- Click Send
- You are now logged in to your Driver Dashboard.
Please note: If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO), do not reset your password. Doing so will disrupt your password-free access to FleetDefense.
