Why does activities appear in gray and have a lock symbol next to it?

Activities that appear in gray and are accompanied by a lock symbol are not currently available for completion, but will become available for completion at a later date. A training schedule has been set that determines when locked activities will become available. When the activity is unlocked and is available for completion, you will receive an email notification.
 
This is often referred to as Pulse Training, a learning approach that delivers small, digestible pieces of training content over time rather than in one long session. These “pulses” are designed to reinforce knowledge, improve retention, and keep learners engaged without overwhelming them.
