Why is the training activity that I completed not showing up in the ‘Courses Completed’ section?

There are two possible explanations for why the activity that you have completed is not showing up in your ‘Courses Completed’ section:
 
1. The course is part of a course pack.
 
If the activity you have taken is part of a course, it will not show up in your ‘Courses Completed’ section until all the activities in that course have been completed.
 
2. You did not receive the required passing grade.
 
Lessons are not marked as complete until you have passed the lesson by achieving the required passing grade. If you did not attain the passing grade, you can retake the lesson in order to achieve the required grade.
