Why Is My Training Taking So Long To Load?

Since the training is web-based, your computer and internet connection must meet certain requirements. Reliable Internet connections are required when taking the training, with a minimum of 3.0Mbps class broadband connection. Please see below for the list of supported platforms and browsers, check which version you are using with the below steps:

1. Click the Start button.
2. Type "winver" in the search box and press Enter.
3. You should see the About Windows box with your Windows version information.

After you have checked your version, please make sure to use one of these to complete your training:

Computer with Windows 10
o Internet Explorer 11
o Most recent, stable version of Edge
o Most recent, stable version of Firefox
o Most recent, stable version of Chrome

Mac Computer with OS X EI Capitan or above
o Safari 9.1 or above
o Most recent, stable version of Chrome
o Most recent, stable version of Firefox

iPad with iOS 12 or above
o Most recent, stable version of Safari
o Most recent, stable version of Chrome
o Most recent, stable version of Firefox

Tablet or Smartphone with Android 10 or above
o Most recent, stable version of default Samsung browser
o Most recent, stable version of Chrome
o Most recent, stable version of Firefox
