If you are using the 'Reset Password?' link on the login page and are receiving the error message 'Invalid email/ username or password', this means the email address entered does not match the address listed on your training account. You will need to enter the email address listed on your account, which was provided to us by your employer.
Common causes of this error include:
- Your account was registered using your supervisor’s e-mail address.
- You are attempting to reset your password using a personal e-mail address, please ensure a company e-mail address is entered.
- You have not yet been registered to participate in the training program.
