Why Do I Receive This Message "Invalid email/ username or password" When I Try To Reset My Password, ??

If you are using the 'Forgot my password?' link on the login page and are receiving the error message 'Invalid email/ username or password', this means the email address entered does not match the address listed on your training account. You will need to enter the email address listed on your account, which was provided to us by your employer.
