There are two possible explanations for why the course that you have completed is not showing up under your ‘Courses Completed’ section:
1. The course is part of a course pack.
If the course you have taken is part of a course pack, it will not show up in your ‘Courses Completed’ section until all the courses in that course pack have been completed.
2. You did not receive the required passing grade.
Courses are not marked as complete until you have passed the course by achieving the required passing grade. The required passing grade has been set by your employer. If you did not attain the passing grade, you can retake the course in order to achieve the required grade. There is no limit on the number of attempts you are allowed to make.
